Miranda Lambert Details Her Delicious Romance With Brendan McLoughlin

At the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by Megan Thee Stallion, the artist known for “Mama’s Broken Heart” graced the red carpet on September 11. She and her husband of five years, Brendan McLoughlin, attended the event together for the first time. Dressed elegantly in a black pantsuit complemented by a teal bra, she looked absolutely radiant. That evening held particular significance for the couple, since it turned out that the 40-year-old presenter (performing tonight at UBS Arena in New York City) disclosed that Brendan had been a source of inspiration for her upcoming album titled “Postcards from Texas“, set to be released on September 13th.

Miranda shared with TopMob News correspondent Will Marfuggi on the red carpet that Brendan is exceptional. He’s adaptable, cheerful, and encouraging – truly wonderful in every sense. He gives me space to work, but always stands by my side, which is truly amazing.

Instead, it seems they’re planning a peaceful evening in, with Brendan doing the cooking since, as he shared with TopMob News, “That’s what brings me joy.” And more than likely, he’ll be whipping up an Italian dish, given Miranda enjoys his chicken parmesan, as Brendan put it, “That’s where I feel at home.

Even with their packed schedules, the “Gunpowder & Lead” singer revealed that she and Brendan always make room for spending time together.

She clarified that they essentially lead their lives as if every day is a date,” she said. “They spend an immense amount of time together, and have grown so close that they might as well be best friends. NYC holds a unique charm for this duo, as it was there that they first crossed paths in November 2018. This happened when Brendan was providing security during Miranda’s appearance on Good Morning America alongside her band, the Pistol Annies.

She shared with the New York Times in 2019 that her friends, known as the Annies, had secretly invited a man to their event when they saw him and believed I might be open to socializing. They essentially picked him out for me. My security guard Tom was also part of the plan. He informed me, “He’s here, and he’s quite attractive.

Reflecting on the past, Miranda – who was once married to Blake Shelton – finds it hard to comprehend how her path crossed with Brendan’s in the unexpected manner that it did.
