She commented: “Going through this [experience] during a break-up was incredibly difficult. However, having the support of my team made it feel more natural and genuine, which is why I believe it was the right path to take.
The film spotlights the period after her split and the initiation of her venture, during which Molly-Mae encountered accusations that her business was merely a “public relations ploy”. However, she firmly refutes these claims.
In my personal opinion, upon watching this documentary, I find myself wishing it was merely a publicity stunt. The tumultuous aftermath of a break-up, as depicted in the film, has been an incredibly challenging experience for me, and I can’t help but feel that such comments would have made the process easier to navigate. I’ve read many of the comments, and while I understand their intentions, I must admit they only serve to amplify the emotional weight of the situation.
People comment that “This seems like it was only done for your brand’s launch or a publicity gimmick.” However, this statement hurts me deeply as it’s not just a show but our real life. My partner Tommy and I have welcomed a new baby into our lives, and the past six months have been incredibly challenging for both of us. I can only wish that it was staged because it would have made things significantly easier, but unfortunately, it isn’t.
She anticipates that through the documentary, many questions posed by both fans and onlookers will find answers, revealing the authentic aspect of the subject matter.
