In fact, they have announced that Mizutsune will be the first monster added after the launch, hinting at the dancing Leviathan seen in the game’s trailer during its debut.
The primary upgrade is still unspecified regarding its exact launch date, but Capcom has hinted that it will be available in springtime. This means it won’t be too far after the debut of Monster Hunter Rise. The update is anticipated to bring back Mizutsune, a monster from the Leviathan family, recognized for its graceful movements and the use of bubbles to trap its victims.

New content, specifically temporary Event Quests, will be added to Monster Hunter Rampage. By successfully completing these quests, players can acquire unique armor as rewards. These free Event Quests are set to commence a week following the game’s launch.
