Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 Release Times

To let players challenge the fresh monsters appearing in the game’s initial significant upgrade, the servers will be subjected to routine maintenance prior to that.

The maintenance and patch update go together because you must download the file before accessing the fresh content, and it often comes out during maintenance. Capcom has announced that maintenance begins on April 3 at 8 pm Pacific Time! If you’re not in the same timezone, don’t worry, as we’ve provided a useful time conversion chart below.

April 3:

  • North America East Coast: 11 pm ET
  • North Amercia West Coast: 8 pm PT

April 4:

  • United Kingdom: 4 am BST
  • Europe: 5 am CET
  • Japan: 12 pm JST
  • Hong Kong: 11 am HKT

Capcom advises making room with about 10GB of storage on your PlayStation 5, and around 6GB on your PC, Xbox Series X or S, as the upcoming patch will require that much space. Ensure you’re ready to download it smoothly once it goes live, by freeing up space now.

Hunters can expect some of the following from the patch:

  • Mizutsune
  • HR Zoh Shia
  • The Grand Hub
  • Arch-Tempered Rey Dau
  • Festival of Accord: Blossomdance

Additionally, players can anticipate fresh storyline-based quests, side activities, novel in-game items, as well as numerous gameplay refinements – all part of the game’s significant initial update.

The chase doesn’t stop at that point: Capcom has affirmed that we will witness a fresh collaboration before the end of May, and during the summer, with Title Update 2, a beloved monster will come back to the scene.

If you haven’t played the game yet or are unsure if it’s a good buy, our review strongly recommends it as being excellent value for money.
