The gripping story follows corrupt Homicide detective Patrick Walker, played by Hardy, who receives regular payments from Lawrence Beaumont (Whitaker), a powerful real estate mogul and political figure.

The action-packed film “Wrath of Man,” directed by Guy Ritchie and featuring Jason Statham, is often overlooked but stands among the top heist movies from the past two decades. Similar to many of Statham’s leading roles, it tells a story of revenge, with a lone individual taking on a force that can be compared to an army, much like in the film “Havoc” to some extent.

In comparison to movies like “Parker” or “The Working Man,” the film “Wrath of Man” stands out in its unique narrative approach. Its non-linear storytelling style suits this specific plot exceptionally well, and it boasts some impressively cast antagonists.

Jude Law portrays Terry Husk, who revives an investigation when a former member goes missing and is later found dead. This individual was involved with a counterfeiting operation within the Aryan Nations, yet their leader denies any knowledge. However, as a bigger conspiracy unfolds, it’s on Husk and his new, young partner, Jamie Bowen (played by Tye Sheridan), to decapitate the menace.

The movie, titled “The Order,” is loosely based on real-life events, much like the Aryan Nations group in America during the 1980s. In this film, Robert Jay Mathews, portrayed by Nicholas Hoult, plays a significant role as the leader of the group. However, it’s important to acknowledge the exceptional performances delivered by Law, Sheridan, Jurnee Smollett, and the movie’s impressive recreation of that particular era as well.
