As Kohei Horikoshi embarked on the journey of creating “My Hero Academia”, he couldn’t have anticipated the success that awaited him. Essentially, Izuku continues to move independently, reflecting his inherent heroic nature. By the close of Chapter 430, he’s offered an opportunity to join his fellow classmates in combat on the battlefield.
Following a surprising twist, the climax of My Hero Academia brings Izuku together with All Might once more. The retired hero, now without the veil over his eyes, catches Izuku off guard upon his return from overseas. It is revealed that All Might has been collaborating with Bakugo and Class 1-A on a secret project. Utilizing information from the ‘Iron Man’ suit he donned to combat All For One, a new and improved version of this armor… tailored for Izuku, has been developed.
As a former superhero myself, I can empathize deeply with Izuku’s feelings in this moment. The weight of responsibility and power that All Might places upon him is a burden that only those who have walked the path of a hero truly understand. I remember my own journey, the countless hours spent training, the trials and tribulations that tested my resolve. But when I look at Izuku, standing there with tears in his eyes as he accepts the new suit, I see a spark of determination that mirrors my own.
