My Hero Academia Reveals the Backlash to Deku's Greatest Power

As a seasoned gamer and die-hard fan of My Hero Academia, I’ve been hooked since the very first episode. But let me tell you, this latest season has taken my heart to new heights! The final fight between Izuku Midoriya (Deku) and Tomura Shigaraki is nothing short of epic.

In the latest season of “My Hero Academia”, the climactic confrontation between Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki has intensified significantly. The recent episode unveiled an unexpected consequence linked to Deku’s most potent ability. Over the course of the series, we’ve watched as Deku learned to control One For All, and now that he’s routinely accessing its peak capacity, these final battles have given him the opportunity to finally utilize the last quirks at his disposal. While Deku has managed to adapt other quirks during combat, he hasn’t had much chance with this final one up until now.

Initially, when “My Hero Academia” unveiled that Deku could harness this ultimate quirk called One For All, the user cautioned him against utilizing it unless it was utterly essential. They warned him about its danger because an immense amount of power had been accumulated within it since its storage in One For All. This warning proved valid when Deku employed Gearshift to deliver a significant hit on Shigaraki. However, after using it, Deku is left in dire need of recuperation.

My Hero Academia: The Problem With Deku’s Gearshift

In the seventeenth episode of Season 7 from the series “My Hero Academia”, we delve back into the battle between Deku and Shigaraki. After Deku unleashes an attack powered by One For All, it’s evident that something is amiss with Shigaraki’s body, causing worry among all the One For All users. It seems that Shigaraki and All For One are having trouble completely merging, but this uncertainty presents a chance for Deku, as he needs every moment he can get considering using Gearshift left him drained.

Izuku (Deku) is finding it difficult to get enough air due to his body’s urgent demand for oxygen. His quirk has left him immobile, making recovery challenging because he must allow his cells time to rest and adapt before moving again. However, taking that time is virtually impossible as Deku needs to keep One For All active at full strength for as long as possible just to stay alive. Meanwhile, Shigaraki becomes increasingly menacing with every passing second, adding a sudden and significant disadvantage in a fight where the outcome can change in an instant.
