The movie, “My Hero Academia: Your Turn,” received a warm welcome in Japan as well as other countries when it hit theaters last year. Now, the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD release in Japan will start on February 19th. What Is My Hero Academia: You’re Next?

Previous contributors such as Yosuke Kuroda (script), Yoshihiko Umakoshi (character designs), and Yuki Hayashi (music) have returned to their respective roles. What’s Next for My Hero Academia?
2025 holds significant plans for “My Hero Academia”. The TV anime adaptation will resume with Season 8 this Fall, marking the beginning of the series’ final chapter. Although the duration of the final season hasn’t been disclosed yet, there’s plenty of material from Kohei Horikoshi’s original manga left to explore before the story reaches its conclusion.
Moreover, it’s worth mentioning that “My Hero Academia: Vigilantes” will be premiering as a separate TV anime series before anything else. Expected to air worldwide starting around April 2025 as part of the Spring season, this new spin-off will be based on the prequel manga with the same title. The length of the anime is still undisclosed, but it’s essential viewing for fans who are fond of the original “My Hero Academia” series.
