It’s become a second home, a place where the spirit of friendship, resilience, and determination lives on. So when I saw that latest preview for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, my heart skipped a beat faster than Naruto himself during a ninja mission.
Naruto has dedicated many years to nurturing the Hidden Leaf Village, which, in truth, feels like a second residence to him. From its abundant greenery to its exceptional ramen, Konoha offers everything one could desire. Lately, “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” has tested the village’s resilience, and a fresh preview is causing excitement among fans as it hints at the possible downfall of the Hidden Leaf.
As a dedicated fan, I’m excited to share that the latest sneak peek is courtesy of V-Jump magazine, who recently posted a new promotional material. This promo focuses on chapter 13 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, set to be released this month. The ad showcases Boruto going up against two familiar adversaries, but what’s got fans buzzing is the text more than the action itself.

In the upcoming chapter, it seems Konoha is under attack! Boruto is taken aback as Jura strikes him right in the chest. The force Jura’s using is immense, leaving Konoha in shambles! Will Boruto manage to overcome this powerful opponent and save Konoha? That’s the cliffhanger we’re left with in the manga preview.
Indeed, it cannot be ignored that the advertisement brings up the secretive Hidden Leaf. The once peaceful village of Konoha has become a battleground, and this can be attributed to the Otsutsuki clan. Their connections with Naruto and now Boruto have made them a marked target. Most recently, the Ten-Tails’ influence on the village has left many high-ranking fighters incapacitated. As we saw in the premiere of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, things look grim for Konoha’s future.
It’s clear to see that by the time jump, The Hidden Leaf Village has been severely damaged. Given that Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has now entered the time skip period, it won’t be long before Konoha is forced to make a desperate play to save itself.
