He’s joined by:

  • Kyle Schmid (Copper) as Special Agent Mike Franks. He was played by Muse Watson in NCIS.
  • Mariel Molino (Papis muy padres) as Special Agent Lala Dominguez.

  • Tyla Abercrumbie (The Chi) as Officer Mary Jo Sullivan.

Additionally, Daniel Bellomy (from Power Book II: Ghost), Caleb Martin Foote (of Made for Love), and Robert Taylor (known for Longmire) have joined the cast in recurring capacities.

Will Mark harmon appear in NCIS: Origins?

In the premiere episode, you’ll catch a brief appearance by the original Gibbs, who also serves as both the narrator and an executive producer for the series.

David J North stated through Deadline that it was a conversation involving him, Mark, and our co-showrunner, Gina Monreal.

“I hope the audience will be excited to see him after so many years.”

Harmon expressed his feelings as follows: “I’m thrilled to be involved. To be honest, I’m only a small part of it, as I’m not there to take charge or make major decisions. My role is simply to offer support. If my help is needed, that’s wonderful, and if not, that’s perfectly fine too.

North also said that they are “open to anything” regarding the possibility of Harmon returning.

NCIS: Origins plot – What’s it about?

It takes place in the year 1991, as Gibbs embarks on his career as a brand new special agent at the NCIS Camp Pendleton office that’s just getting off the ground.

He carves out a spot on a rough, motley crew headed by NCIS legend Mike Franks,” is an alternative way of expressing the original sentence. This version aims to maintain the original meaning while using simpler and more natural language.

Over the years, dedicated viewers like myself have come to recognize that Frankenstein met his end in the eighth season’s climax. Yet, remarkably, he seems to make appearances before Gibbs during those tough cases where the odds are seemingly insurmountable.
