A new Digimon Story title has been leaked via a pre-order listing on GameStop’s official website.
According to a discovery by Gematsu on X, not much information has been disclosed as of yet. However, it appears that the game is named Digimon Story: Time Stranger and will be available for PlayStation 5.
It appears that the timing of this leak indicates an announcement might be coming soon. With a brand-new State of Play airing tonight, there’s a possibility that this new Digimon adventure could receive a major unveiling. If such an event occurs, we’ll make sure to keep this article updated.
2016’s Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, the latest installments in the series, have been quite entertaining. It’s a role-playing game (RPG) with a turn-based system, where you uncover and then train your own group of digimon, focusing heavily on this aspect.
2018’s Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory was essentially a rehash of the gameplay, but it delved deeper into the narrative by presenting it from a new character’s viewpoint. Fingers crossed that the upcoming Time Stranger game lives up to its predecessors in terms of quality.
