Fans of Original Naruto Anime Upset by Missing Character
Boruto: The Two Blue Vortex marks a new chapter for our lead character, Boruto. The manga delves into the incredible abilities of this ninja and keeps us updated on familiar characters from Naruto, their accomplishments, and current locations. However, it appears that one character from the original series has been overlooked.
In the fresh manga, one of the original anime’s most dedicated workers and formidable fighters, Rock Lee, has been noticeably less active. As stated by Comicbook’s Evan Valentine, characters such as Kakashi, Might Guy, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke, and others are given opportunities to battle for the ninja world alongside the newcomers. Interestingly, not only is Rock Lee seldom involved in these events, but key aspects of his latest backstory remain undisclosed.
It’s regrettable to see a character as vibrant as Rock Lee being sidelined in this extended narrative journey. However, it seems that such setbacks are not uncommon in lengthy series. I genuinely hope he reappears soon, shedding light on his past that fans are eagerly anticipating. If not, there’s a risk of him becoming a less remembered figure in the Naruto universe.
