As the days tick by, the anticipation for “Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle” in theaters grows ever closer. Fans of this widely acclaimed action anime series have been eagerly awaiting the return of their favorite high-octane action, especially after the last two seasons felt a bit sluggish. Well, good news! The first teaser trailer has dropped and we now know the exact release date. All that’s left is to wait, but with Studio Ufotable joining us in the countdown, fans won’t be waiting alone – they’ll have a new promo to keep them company every step of the way!
The upcoming “Infinity Castle” film continues directly from where “Demon Slayer” Season 4 ended. After Muzan launched an attack on Tanjiro and the Hashiras, he escaped to the Infinity Castle, taking many with him. There’s plenty to look forward to in the “Infinity Castle” movie. Although some have voiced concerns about the show’s plot lately, there’s no arguing that the animation has been exceptional. So, witnessing this high-quality animation on the big screen again could be absolutely awe-inspiring.
Ufotable Hypes Infinity Castle With a New Tanjiro Promo
Counting down the days, I’m beyond excited that “Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle” will be premiering in Japan on July 18th! US fans like myself have a bit of a wait ahead with the film hitting our screens on September 12th. But fear not, as we inch closer to its theatrical debut, Ufotable has given us a fantastic new promo to savor! They unveiled this exciting new poster via the official “Demon Slayer” X account (formerly known as Twitter). This latest artwork is part of an ongoing series leading up to the release of “Infinity Castle.” Can’t wait to see more!
The artwork showcases our beloved compassionate Demon Slayer, Tanjiro, about to strike with his blade. Although the animated series beautifully portrays the breathing techniques using captivating spiritual visuals, it has been verified that these aren’t actual abilities, but merely seem like regular sword fights (as ordinary as a sword fight can be when demons are present). The poster seems to reflect this representation, as Tanjiro’s sword doesn’t exhibit any Water Breathing or Sun Breathing characteristics. Here’s the artwork for your viewing pleasure…
Demon Slayer‘s Infinity Castle Movie Releases This September
US enthusiasts of “Infinity Castle” are feeling a tad disappointed as the movie’s September release date has been announced. With such global excitement for the series, many had anticipated and even expected a simultaneous broadcast worldwide. At the very least, they were hoping for a wait not exceeding a few weeks following its premiere in Japan. The delay unfortunately means that overseas fans will have to steer clear of potential spoilers online for about two months.
2021’s “Infinity Castle” film marks the concluding chapter of this cherished trilogy for the Demon Slayer franchise. To bring everyone up to speed, Crunchyroll explains that Tanjiro and his comrades find themselves at none other than the Infinity Castle, a stronghold of demons. Thus, the stage is set for an epic final showdown between the valiant Demon Slayer Corps and their demonic adversaries.
