Weatherfield is set to welcome two new troublesome residents this month.
Farrel Hegarty and Joe Layton will soon be added to the Coronation Street cast, playing the troublesome neighbors Lou and Mick Michaelis.
The duo is planning to reside on Mawdsley Street, situated behind Chesney and Gemma’s residence – a move that will broaden the soap opera’s environment beyond the alleyway for the initial time in its extensive run.
First off, Lou establishes residence, and a bond forms between her and Gemma once they discover that their kids attend the same school on Bessie Street. However, when Mick arrives, it’s unveiled that he is none other than the individual behind the silver van who has been causing trouble for Chesney.
Additionally, they may stir up problems for Kit Green (Jacob Roberts), potentially revealing the mysteries hidden in his past.
