As I delve into the lives of these extraordinary actors and actresses, I am truly astounded by their unwavering dedication to their craft. Each one has shown time and again that they are not only masters of their art but also fearless explorers of the human condition.

By the power of Greyskull, Nicholas Galitzine has the muscles.

In the upcoming movie “Masters of the Universe,” the actor portraying the main character, who is also known as Prince Adam of Eternia and He-Man, proudly displayed his impressively muscular physique, which he has developed for the role.

On December 18th, Nicholas showcased his fresh style in an Instagram Story post, which included a photo of him dressed in a white shirt and black shorts, standing next to a Christmas tree. His toned figure was apparent through the long-sleeved shirt, making the outfit rather revealing.

30 years old and thrilled to pieces, I unveiled my role as He-Man back in May. I couldn’t contain my excitement and shared the fantastic news on Instagram, saying, “I am immensely proud to let everyone know that I will be portraying Adam, Prince of Eternia in Masters of the Universe.

For a very long time, it’s been a cherished aspiration of mine to portray a character who embodies his warmth, wit, and valiance, Nicholas said. I simply can’t contain my excitement about diving into this role.

The upcoming movie, set to premiere on June 5, 2026, is inspired by a toy line that debuted in 1982, concurrently with the “He-Man and Masters of the Universe” cartoon series, which aired from 1983 until 1985.

In 2021, the animated series made a comeback on Netflix. However, the last time the character was portrayed in live action was back in 1987’s “Masters of the Universe.” During that time, Dolph Lundgren played He-Man, and Courteney Cox, who later became famous for her role in “Friends,” appeared in one of her initial screen roles.

The upcoming movie will be directed by Travis Knight, and Chris Butler has written the script. As of now, specific details about the plot are being kept secret, but a previous summary suggested that the story would revolve around Prince Adam, more famously known as He-Man. In this tale, he is said to have arrived on Earth in a spaceship as a child and later returns to his home planet as an adult, where he fights against the evil Skeletor to protect it. (According to Variety.)

Currently, Nicholas is immersed in a flurry of work. He’s working on a new installment of “Red, White & Royal Blue” with co-star Taylor Zakhar Perez, and there’s also the possibility of another project, “The Idea of You“, featuring Anne Hathaway.

But for now, he appears to be focusing on the power of He-Man.

As a lifestyle enthusiast sharing my personal experience, I found that the costumes in our film were tailored to match Judy Garland’s specific posture.
