In an Instagram post dated February 24th, Nikki shared a picture of a cowboy hat on a car dashboard with the caption ‘Working’. She’s been busy rebuilding the farm, taking care of her family, and putting in 18-hour days. After recent heavy rains, floods, and mud, caring for the animals has been more demanding than ever before.
