Ninja Gaiden 4 Release Date Revealed in New Bloody Trailer

At last, we have the official release date for the upcoming game, “Ninja Gaiden 4“. A thrilling new trailer shown at the Xbox Games Showcase has confirmed what was earlier just a rough estimate.

On October 21st, you’ll find Ninja Gaiden 4 available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5, priced at $69.99. Additionally, it will debut on Xbox Game Pass and become a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program.

This trailer highlights the intense action that PlatinumGames and Team Ninja are recognized for. Although it contains several narrative scenes, the brutal hand-to-hand combat takes center stage, which aligns closer with the main games rather than their Sigma remakes.

In the trailer, we saw the introduction of special items from the Deluxe Edition and bonus content for those who pre-order the game. Early buyers can look forward to receiving a unique skin for the secondary character, Yakumo, styled as a Dark Dragon Descendant.

The “Deluxe Edition,” priced at $89.99, will offer you not one, but a variety of skins for characters Ryu, Yakumo, and another set. Additionally, you’ll receive a collection of items designed to support players, including 50,000 extra Ninjacoin, various healing elixirs (five life elixirs, three divine life elixirs), resurrection tools (one incense of rebirth), and consumable pellets (two crimson blood pellets). Lastly, there are two brews each for senjin war brews and Kongou iron brews. While the exact functions of these items might be unclear now, they’ll undoubtedly become clearer once the game is released.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m super excited about the latest trailer I just saw! It’s a continuation of the Xbox stream earlier this year where they first unveiled the game. The original reveal back then merely announced that Ninja Gaiden 4 would be dropping sometime this fall. Interestingly enough, it marks the third Ninja Gaiden game to hit the shelves this year. First came Ninja Gaiden Black 2, a reboot of Ninja Gaiden 2, in January. Then, in July, we’ll get our hands on Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, an action-packed 2D title from The Game Kitchen, the same studio behind Blasphemous.
