Nintendo has been keeping a close eye on Sony, it seems.
On every PS5, you’ll find Astro’s Playroom – an enchanting tutorial that showcases the console’s diverse capabilities through a lively, four-hour adventure in the realm of platform gaming.
The Nintendo Switch 2: Introduction Tour offers an analogous experience, providing access to the inner workings of your sleek new device and explaining its unique features. Although the gameplay differs significantly, it’s presented in a similar fashion, allowing you to control a character as if they are within your Nintendo Switch 2.
But there’s a catch – you’ll need to purchase this game.
Currently, the cost hasn’t been determined yet, which is concerning because Nintendo seems to have designed a tutorial level that users must pay for, unlike Astro’s Playroom, which was offered free to all PS5 users.
In keeping with the current theme of Nintendo Switch 2, it’s only fair to mention that some flagship games might cost as high as $79.99, which is significantly pricier compared to their PlayStation 5 equivalents.
