Nintendo Switch Plans Revealed for PAX West 2024

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that this year’s PAX West lineup has me genuinely excited! Being a Zelda fanatic since the days of the original NES, the prospect of trying out “The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom” is simply exhilarating. The fact that it’s the first mainline Zelda game with Princess Zelda as the lead character adds an intriguing twist to the series.

PAX West is scheduled from August 30th to September 2nd, and during this time, Nintendo enthusiasts can anticipate some thrilling events. At its booth, Nintendo will offer four games for the Switch console to play, among which are two unpublished titles – “The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom” and “Super Mario Party Jamboree”. These will be the first chances for fans to try out these games, particularly “Echoes of Wisdom”. Besides, “Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition”, which has recently been released, will also be playable. Additionally, Zynga’s “Star Wars: Hunters” will be available at the booth as well.

“The Legend Unveiled – Wise Whispers of Hyrule”

After wrapping up my adventures in Hyrule with Zelda in September, I’m all geared up for another gaming extravaganza! Super Mario Party: Jamboree is set to drop on October 17th, and it’s the latest installment in a series that never disappoints. This new version brings together fresh and familiar content from earlier games, keeping things exciting yet comfortably nostalgic.

Among all the games Nintendo is showcasing, Star Wars: Hunters could be the most unexpected selection. Launched in June across Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android devices, Star Wars: Hunters offers a fresh lineup of characters in a team-oriented third-person shooter format. Although it may appear unusual for the Nintendo display, the game is actually quite enjoyable. Moreover, being a free-to-play title, it could entice people to give it a try once they experience it!
