NITRO GEN OMEGA launches in Early Access on June 17

The game titled “NITRO GEN OMEGA,” which is a mix of anime-style spaghetti western themes, tactical role-playing game mechanics, and a fusion of epic mech combat, team management, and open-world RPG aspects, will debut on PC via Steam’s Early Access program on June 17. This announcement was made by the developer DESTINYbit.

In a press statement, DESTINYbit’s CEO and creative director Gian Paolo Vernocchi shared that the idea for NITRO GEN OMEGA originated as a casual thought about replicating the ‘I had you beat all along’ sensation found in shonen anime. Over the course of four years, it grew into a full-fledged open-world adventure. On June 17th, they are excited to debut NITRO GEN OMEGA in Early Access. With countless hours invested into this project, they can’t wait to engage with their community. The objective was to create an immersive sandbox experience akin to shonen series; they invite fans to collaborate and help mold the game’s future development.

  • Unlock and choose between three distinct Mech models, each offering a unique playstyle and set of parts to collect.
  • But a Mech is only as powerful as its crew. Train your pilots, unlock new abilities and use them inside and outside of combat. Assemble an ace team and have them work together in battle.
