The statement revealed that Marius was detained due to accusations of an incident on November 6, where he is alleged to have engaged in sexual activity with someone who was either unconscious or unable to resist the act.
In elaboration on this accusation, police mentioned that in this instance, the alleged sexual assault involves sexual activity without penetration. It’s reported that the victim was incapable of resisting the act.
The police additionally stated that the event entailed “abusive behavior within intimate relationships.” Simultaneously, they executed a search and confiscation of his Skaugum home during his apprehension.
The police have stated that a decision regarding his potential incarceration hasn’t been made yet.
