Where do you know the Oblivion cast from?

Among the numerous seasoned voice actors in the Oblivion ensemble, a handful have gained more prominence compared to others. Chances are, you’ve heard some of their previous works.

Sir Patrick Stewart – Emperor Uriel Septim VII

Playing the ill-fated Emperor Septim is legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart.

Is it necessary for us to share his resume with you? His most recognized works are likely his portrayal of Captain Picard in Star Trek and Professor Xavier in X-Men, amidst a vast ocean of critically praised acting roles.

An actor with extensive training in the classical Shakespearean style, boasting two Olivier Awards, a Grammy, and numerous nominations for Golden Globes, Emmys, Screen Actors Guild Awards, and a Tony – quite an impressive resume!

Sean Bean – Martin Septim

Known quite well without needing an introduction, the renowned Sean Bean takes on the role of Emperor Septim’s illegitimate son, Martin Septim.

Just like I, a devoted fan, am well-versed with Sir Patrick’s work, you too are familiar with the memorable roles of Sean Bean. His portrayal of Boromir in The Lord of the Rings and Ned Stark in Game of Thrones stand out as true masterpieces.

Following Oblivion, he went on to voice the narrator for 2016’s Sid Meier’s Civilization 6, too.

Terence Stamp – Mankar Camoran

Playing the leader of the Mythic Dawn Mankar Camoran is Terence Stamp.

Fittingly famed for his villainous roles, he also played General Zod in Superman and Superman II.

However, it was for portraying Bernadette Bassenger in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert that he secured his sole Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations as the main character.

Jonathan Bryce – Molag Bal, Hircine and more

As an avid fan, I can’t help but marvel at the captivating performances brought to life by none other than Jonathan Bryce. From the chilling tones of Molag Bal and Hircine, to the richly diverse voices he lends to Cyrodiil’s multitude of races, his work is nothing short of remarkable.

He has supplied numerous voices for various Bethesda games, such as Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard.

Apart from Bethesda, he has also played roles in Star Trek: Legacy and Star Trek: Conquest, and lent his voice to the Monkey Totem character in Jumanji!

Lynda Carter – Female Nords and Orcs

In a sense that might suggest she’s underutilizing her abilities, Lynda Carter lends her voice to some Nord and Orc characters in the world of Oblivion.

A woman who once held the title of Miss World USA, she made her debut in the 1975 Wonder Woman television series, and throughout her career, she’s been featured in numerous movies and TV programs, including Super Troopers and Supergirl.

She has lent her voice to supplementary roles in games like Morrowind, Skyrim, The Elder Scrolls Online, and Fallout 4.

Wes Johnson – Pelinal Whitesnake, Sheogorath, Dremora, Malacath and more

Though Wes Johnson is widely recognized by the gaming community due to numerous roles at Bethesda, it’s important to note that his career extends beyond gaming, encompassing both films and television as well.

In numerous games such as Morrowind, Skyrim, Fallout 3, 4, and 76, Starfield, World of Warcraft, and countless others, you’ve come across him.

Beyond my passion for gaming, I’ve dabbled in acting with small appearances on shows like The Wire and Veep, and movies including A Dirty Shame and Head of State.
