The real-time strategy game titled “Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure,” which focuses on automation, will officially exit Early Access and be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC platforms (Steam and Epic Games Store) on May 27th. This announcement was made jointly by the publisher HandyGames and the developer Massive Miniteam.

Initially, the game titled “Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure” debuted in Early Access on both Steam and the Epic Games Store for personal computers on the 24th of April, 2024.

Version 1.0 represents our most refined and comprehensive release so far, with every quest line receiving a polish, early game flow being enhanced, and major overhauls to various systems, ranging from glossary entries to the damage type system structure. Players can anticipate a fresh final biome, the Corrupted Ruins, along with a robust Base Defense system. Construct your settlement in challenging terrain while fending off waves of corruption using innovative defense mechanisms such as the Aetheric Attractor, Spark Cannon, and the multi-purpose Scrubby Spark. Additionally, this update concludes the narrative surrounding the Sparks, culminating in a climactic challenge that demands all your accumulated skills.

In addition, we’re unveiling World Customization features, empowering players to adjust difficulty levels, access automation tools sooner, or explore sandbox-like landscapes with terrain modification tools at their disposal. Regardless of whether you’re an experienced automation whiz or a casual crafter, these settings make Oddsparks adaptable to your preferred gameplay style.

At last, we’ve prepared the foundation for future creative endeavors within our community: modding tools are currently being tested, and we’re collaborating closely with early adopters to guarantee a seamless user experience upon release.

The game allows for either solo play or multiplayer collaboration over the internet. Officially, we accommodate up to 4 players, but this isn’t a strict rule; feel free to join and exit your friends’ games whenever you want.

The storyline and game advancement are stored within a single save file, allowing multiple players to access it collectively or individually. This means you can delve into the expansive environment, immerse yourself in the intricate narrative, and collaborate on your unique creations without any disruptions due to cutscenes.
