Olivia Culpo Shares Painful Update on Growing Baby Bump

Olivia Culpo knows pregnancy isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.

33-year-old wife, about to welcome her first child with spouse Christian McCaffrey, offered a candid glimpse into the physical impacts of pregnancy.

As Olivia lounges on a chair munching a burrito while posting a TikTok video, she muses that the hot summer season is slipping away from her, all the while curious if ankles can actually burst, as she searches online.

She captioned the May 26 post, “She’s beauty, she’s grace, she’s Googling ankle explosion rates.”

Oh my goodness! I couldn’t take my eyes off Olivia when I saw that video. She was absolutely radiant, sporting a bikini top, cream-colored cardigan, and shorts that perfectly matched, all accessorized with gold hoops and stylish brown sunglasses. But what really stole the show was her baby bump, which was clearly the star of the clip. And to make it even sweeter, she shared on Instagram later that day, in the same outfit, how her belly – which she tenderly cradled in a mirror selfie – is still expanding beautifully. I can’t wait to see this little one join their family!

Ever since Olivia announced her and Christian’s anticipated arrival in March, she has made a point of keeping everyone updated on significant developments. However, there’s one piece of information that seems to have slipped through the cracks: the baby’s gender.

And for good reason: The Miss Universe winner doesn’t actually want to know her future kid’s sex.

In an interview with TopMob News in March, she expressed, “Good health is all one can hope for. That’s part of the reason why I’m choosing not to discover the baby’s gender. I feel that my role is to strive for optimal health and mindfulness as much as possible.

Christian, on the other hand, holds contrasting expectations, as Olivia admitted, detailing that the NFL player is indecisive about discovering the gender of their upcoming child.

She acknowledged it was a “one-time opportunity,” but suggested, “Perhaps I can persuade him that it would be quite enjoyable to postpone it. It would make for a lovely surprise instead.

The popular reality television personality, inspired by her sister Aurora Culpo and brother Pete Culpo as they welcomed their own babies, intends to approach parenthood with the same relaxed attitude.

Olivia clarified, “I have many siblings with children of their own, and I’ve learned that being a parent is quite unique. Even though I was familiar with the concept beforehand, it isn’t until you’re directly experiencing it that you truly grasp the uncertainties and requirements that come along.

During a vacation to Mexico, Olivia and Christian turned up the heat with a beachside photo. 

Olivia posted on Instagram as the new year began, saying, “Three years of New Year’s Eve kisses with you,” followed by “@christianmccaffrey, time really does fly by.

During Super Bowl weekend in 2020, Christian and Olivia attended AT&T TV’s Super Saturday Night. 

On Valentine’s Day 2021, Christian penned, “To my lovely lady,” expressing, “You’re one out of ten when it comes to shooting free throws, but a perfect ten in my heart.

“Tis’ *almost* the season,” Olivia wrote on Instagram before the 2021 NFL season kicked off.
