Olivia Munn Details Husband John Mulaney's Support Amid Cancer Journey

Things are looking up for Olivia Munn.

After approximately a year since revealing her breast cancer diagnosis, the former Newsroom star provided an uplifting report about her current health status.

She shared with TopMob News exclusively during TIME’s Women of the Year event in Los Angeles on February 25 that she is currently doing well, expressing both a sense of contentment and gratitude about her current state.

Furthermore, Olivia, aged 44, deeply appreciated the unwavering support of her spouse, John Mulaney, during her battle with cancer. This journey involved a double mastectomy for her.

She stated, “He’s exceptional – I don’t think I could have navigated this journey as smoothly as I did at times with him.” She went on to explain, “Each day was a battle, but he was there, alleviating the difficulties and making the challenging moments less distressing. The actress, who has a three-year-old son named Malcolm and a five-month-old daughter named Méi with the comedian, also commended him as an exceptional father, stating, “He is simply the most incredible father that our kids could possibly hope for.

Indeed, Olivia found the upbringing of her children to be a source of joy and light during her health struggles, expressing delightfully that spending time with them was truly enjoyable and full of fun.

Malcolm, who’s three years old, is constantly active and requires a lot of stimulation, his caregiver explained, adding that Méi, on the other hand, is exceptionally tranquil. She described Méi as the softest, most content baby imaginable, stating that she’s incredibly easy to manage. They simply carry her along everywhere, and their favorite pastime is just being together at home.

Regarding John, the former “Big Mouth” actor has previously shared thoughts about how his wife’s challenges have influenced their shared journey.

Reflecting on the last two years, I’ve had quite an extraordinary journey. From facing Olivia’s cancer battle to navigating through tense and nerve-wracking situations, it’s been a rollercoaster ride filled with highs and lows.

Meanwhile, during her speech at the gala, Olivia mentioned that she has “more years ahead” in her treatment. Despite this, the newlyweds, who tied the knot in July, have discovered sources of joy throughout their journey.

Over the last few years, there has been an abundance of laughter amidst all our challenges, and I don’t want to come off as cheesy or excessively sweet. But honestly, we’ve grown incredibly close, shared many joyous moments, and managed to find fun even in difficult circumstances.
