But simply, it’s important for us to have a chat.

On October 16, Payne met his end following a fall from a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as reported by Good Morning America and CNN, who based their reports on the authorities’ statements.

Before his passing, the English musician was candid about the highs and lows he experienced within the band, which comprised Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson, and continued discussing these experiences even after the group disbanded in 2015.

In an interview with The Guardian in December 2019, Payne expressed that the final parts got a bit gloomy and convoluted, but the last performances were truly captivating because the tension had been released.
