When Does One Piece Anime Return From Hiatus?
Beginning April 6th, One Piece continues Part 2 of its storyline, picking up from where it left off following its six-month hiatus last year. The suspense surrounding the anime’s next phase in the Final Saga has kept fans on tenterhooks since October when the series unexpectedly announced its hiatus. In Japan, One Piece Episode 1123 will air at an unusual time of 11:15 PM JST, but details regarding its international streaming release are still under wraps.
The initial significant arc of Eiichiro Oda’s extended One Piece manga series, known as the “Egghead Arc,” signifies numerous advancements for Luffy and his comrades. However, fans will have to wait until later this Spring when the anime comes back to truly understand its implications for the storyline. As we approach the legendary One Piece treasure, the story is expected to gain momentum and intensity.
What Does One Piece Have Planned for 2025?
For One Piece enthusiasts, there’s still plenty of excitement left in store for the remainder of the year. Although the anime is taking a break for several months, the manga has resumed its publication with fresh chapters. At Jump Festa 2025 last year, Oda hinted that the Elbaf arc would conclude with a significant twist, and given the events unfolding on Egghead, this twist could significantly alter the anticipation leading to the grand finale.
