Hats off to The Grand Ole Opry House.
To celebrate a century of molding country music legends, the most renowned artists in the genre eagerly stepped onto the red carpet for the live broadcast event, Opry 100: A Special Celebration , which was aired on NBC and Peacock on March 19.
For example, Mark Estes made an appearance at the event organized by Blake Shelton, sporting a traditional country style. He complemented his jeans and blazer with a black cowboy hat. Accompanying him on the red carpet was Montana Boyz bandmate Kaleb Campbell Winterburn.
For the event, Trisha Yearwood, another talented performer, was another dazzling figure on the red carpet, donning a long, sleek black wrap dress that swept the floor. She completed her stylish look with matching open-heeled sandals and let down her hair in soft, wavy tresses. Notably, she is known for singing “She’s in Love With the Boy.
In regard to the host, Blake, who transformed the occasion into a romantic evening with his partner Gwen Stefani, being inducted into the Opry was an unforgettable moment that stood out in his life and professional journey.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it like this: “It’s truly an honor for me to step into that unique role during the ceremony. Fifteen years have passed, but each time I walk out on that stage, I still feel the same mix of reverence and excitement. The Grand Ole Opry has been the heartbeat of country music for a century now, and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of this historic milestone celebration.
As for who’s performing in celebration of the major milestone?
The evening promises a variety of performances by renowned country musicians such as Luke Combs, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, and many others.
The “Fast Car” singer’s affection for country music has deep roots, as he attributes those who brought him up with sparking his passion for it.
During an interview with AXS TV in August 2023, Luke shared, “I cherished listening to it alongside my parents, and especially with my mother when I was young. We resided in Charlotte, North Carolina until I was eight, then moved to Asheville, North Carolina with my family. In the first eight years of my life, my mom mostly listened to country music. Vince Gill was my initial concert, followed by Brooks & Dunn, Garth Brooks, Clint Black – those were pretty much the only artists we had.
