The upcoming season for Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2, titled “Season 17: Powered Up!”, commences on June 24th. Unlike its predecessor, it offers fewer contents, yet promises an array of fresh features, such as the introduction of new heroes in Stadium. You can watch the reveal trailer below for a sneak peek.
In the game Overwatch, two new Mythic skins have been introduced: one for the character D.Va is a skin for her hero, while Reaper receives a new Mythic Weapon Skin. Additionally, skins inspired by the fictional Overwatch Academy and an 8-bit style will be available, along with a temporary 8-bit game mode. New maps, Esperança and Samoa, are now accessible for the Stadium map, and players can now select Zenyatta, Sigma, and Junkrat as their characters to play.
Among the fantastic features, you’ll appreciate that with the latest Stadium Forge tools, you no longer need to manually select each perk every time. You can now save and share your builds! Additionally, there are exciting updates coming up such as Aatlis, a fresh Flashpoint map; the introduction of Quick Play and Competitive map voting; and enhancements to New Junk City and Survasa.
You can find additional information over there. The video game titled “Overwatch 2” is accessible on various platforms: Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, personal computers (PC), and the Nintendo Switch.
