Pachinko’s Solomon makes Tom a very tempting offer – but there are strings attached

As a devoted fan of the captivating series, Pachinko, I was utterly enthralled by the latest episode that unfolded the intricate web of relationships between Solomon and Tom. The tension between these two characters was palpable, and their dialogue was as sharp as a razor’s edge. It’s clear that both men are grappling with their own demons, and it seems they may hold the keys to each other’s redemption.

In an exclusive clip (above), Solomon and Tom share an intense discussion.

It seems that Solomon (Jin Ha) has received a call to visit Tom’s office. During their meeting, Tom expresses his desire to spend more time with Solomon’s children, possibly on multiple occasions throughout the year, or at least to ensure they don’t develop dislike towards him

“He expresses his true desire as follows: ‘I wish my ex-wife could find and marry a wealthy man quickly, so that he’d take her away from me. It would be really pleasant if that happened.'”

However, it’s evident that Solomon is not in a light-hearted mood; instead, he presents Tom with a grave offer: “Actually, Tom, I don’t believe that’s truly what you desire.”

“It seems like your heart is longing for home, isn’t that correct? Imagine if I told you that by this time next year, you could be back at home. No longer bound to this company, but instead having your own thriving fund to kickstart your next venture. A chance to prove that the talent of Tom Andrews is still shining brightly.”

Tom seems to be contemplating the idea, and Solomon adds, “I’m quite sincere. There’s a possibility for this to occur, but keep in mind, there will be certain conditions attached.”

As for what those strings entail, viewers will have to tune into the next episode to find out!
