Pop Culture Jeopardy! recently welcomed Colin Jost as its host. Known for his role on Saturday Night Live, Jost may currently be covering the Paris Olympics in Tahiti, but he’s got another exciting job lined up. According to Variety, Jost will be joining Amazon’s spinoff of Jeopardy!. The show was announced back in May as part of this season’s lineup on the streamer. Sony Pictures Television is thrilled to have Jost on board for this new project. He will be joined by some unexpected guests when Pop Culture Jeopardy! debuts on Prime Video. Unlike the traditional game, which can delve into more obscure topics, this updated version will focus on TV, movies, music, sports, and other contemporary subjects. This team-based show will pit three contestants against each other in a tournament bracket format, competing against other teams.
