Over the weekend at D23, Marvel Studios shared a brief video featuring the cast of the upcoming film Fantastic Four, who were on the movie’s set in London. In the video, they addressed the audience from a retro-futuristic dining room setting. The four main characters sat around a table, and Johnny Storm (played by Joseph Quinn) was seen sporting his Fantastic Four outfit. Instead of the usual high-tech kevlar or tyvek-inspired suit, this costume seemed more like a sweater and spandex pants with a wide, white belt, which aligns well with the overall feel of the movie that appears to be set in a time period several decades ago (and possibly in an alternate universe within the Marvel multiverse).

It has been announced that Robert Downey Jr. will reprise his role as both Victor Von Doom and Tony Stark within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This news came during Disney Parks’ D23 panel, where it was further revealed that Downey will lend his voice to the character of Tony Stark in upcoming attractions at Disneyland’s Avengers Campus.

As a dedicated fan of manga and anime for many years now, I can hardly contain my excitement over the upcoming anime adaptation of Junji Ito’s “Uzumaki.” Having grown up reading his chilling stories and haunting illustrations, I have eagerly awaited this moment for what feels like an eternity. The anticipation has only grown as each new update has been released, with the latest one being the Japanese language trailer that Adult Swim recently unveiled.
