Developer Wisageni Studio, in collaboration with Publisher PQube, has unveiled plans for the upcoming Korean pop idol simulation game titled “K-pop Idol Stories: Road to Debut“. The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam in the year 2025.
Austin Butler, who played a role in “Dune 2,” has been chosen to portray Patrick Bateman in the upcoming remake of “American Psycho,” being jointly developed by Lionsgate and Frenesy Films. Earlier speculations suggested that Butler, Cooper Koch from “Monster,” and Jacob Elordi from “Saltburn” were all vying for or hoping to secure the role, but it appears Butler has been selected. This marks a significant casting decision for the new “American Psycho”; the remake is being directed by Luca Guadagnino, renowned for his work on “Challengers,” with a script by Scott Z. Burns (known for “Side Effects” and “The Bourne Ultimatum”). Sam Pressman, son of the original film’s producer, Edward Pressman, will serve as executive producer.
