Cult-Classic Santa Slasher Getting (Another) Reboot From Terrifier Team
1984 saw the release of two horror films that left lasting impacts: Wes Craven’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street” introduced the terrifying figure of Freddy Krueger, continuing to haunt viewers even today; at the same time, “Silent Night, Deadly Night” unveiled a deranged killer in a Santa Claus suit. More recently, in 2012, another movie titled “Silent Night” offered a fresh take on this concept. Now, in the latest development, the horror film “Silent Night” is being reimagined once again by Mike P. Nelson, who was responsible for the 2021 reboot of “Wrong Turn.” Cineverse distributors have secured the rights for this new version.
