The movie Minecraft was a huge hit in theaters, earning over $957 million worldwide – making it the second-highest-grossing film based on a video game, after The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Starring Jason Momoa and Jack Black, the film is now available to stream on Prime Video starting December 22nd. The story follows a group of unlikely heroes who are transported into the world of Minecraft through a strange portal, and they set off on a fantastical adventure through its unique, blocky landscape, guided by a surprising character named Steve.
