2025 appears to be a pivotal year for Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Compared to 2024 where only one movie, Deadpool and Wolverine, and four TV shows were released, the upcoming year promises a significant escalation. In 2025, a total of nine MCU projects are scheduled to debut, either in theaters or on Disney+. The slated releases for 2025 include films such as Captain America: Brave New World (February 14), Thunderbolts* (May 2), and The Fantastic Four: First Steps (July 26) in theaters. For Disney+ viewers, there will be animated series like Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (January 29), Eyes of Wakanda (August 6), and Marvel Zombies (October 3). Additionally, live-action series such as Daredevil: Born Again (March 4), Ironheart (June 24), and Wonder Man (December 2025) are also planned for Disney+.
*Note that Thunderbolts is a speculative title as Marvel Studios has not officially confirmed it.
