Elbaf houses an ancient manuscript called Harley that details significant historical events. Given that it’s written in an antiquated tongue, only Robin can decipher it. Furthermore, Chapter 1138 offers a significant clue about global history through a monumental mural. Yet, it also subtly suggests Luffy’s genuine ambition – one he can only fulfill once he ascends to the title of Pirate King. The manga initially hinted at Luffy’s ultimate goal during the Wano Country Saga, and we are now one step nearer to uncovering it.
