Nintendo Bringing Back More Zelda Amiibo This Year

In 2024, Nintendo has announced a second chance for collectors of amiibo figurines to obtain several out-of-print or hard-to-find ones. Starting next month, two iconic amiibos from The Legend of Zelda series will be re-released: the Link and Zelda figures. These reissues feature designs inspired by their appearances in the 2019 remake of “Link’s Awakening” (for Link) and “The Wind Waker” (for Zelda). You can find these revamped figurines in stores starting September 26th.

Approximately two months following Henry Selick’s announcement about adapting Neil Gaiman’s “The Ocean at the End of the Lane” into a film, Selick has expressed some uncertainty about the project’s future. Initially, Selick had expressed his intention to make it his next film if he could secure studio support. However, recent accusations of abuse against Gaiman may have hindered any attempts to find backing for this project. In June, Selick had been presenting a 35-page treatment and numerous concept art pieces to various studios.

Doom Anthology Pre-Orders Drop With a Replica BFG

The Doom Anthology bundle offers a combined edition featuring DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 64, DOOM 3, DOOM (2016), and DOOM Eternal Deluxe Edition. This package is appealing to collectors with additional perks such as a Steelbook case and a 5-inch BFG replica featuring LED lights and a stand. However, it’s important to note that the collection does not include physical discs; instead, a keycode is provided for game access.
