Paige DeSorbo‘s summers in the Hamptons may be numbered.
Indeed, the long-standing star of “Summer House” has shared that she often contemplates the time when she might ultimately step away from the popular Bravo reality show.
In an interview with Glamour published on April 17, the 32-year-old stated, ‘I have an expiration date at some point.’ Regarding her role in Summer House, she suggested that she may no longer align with the initial concept of the show. Whenever I read a comment like, ‘She’s too old to be on this,’ it resonates with me as I feel I am indeed reaching that age.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that Paige, who has been a regular cast member since seasons three through nine, has seen her schedule grow more packed due to her thriving podcasting career and social influence.
The Giggly Squad host acknowledged, “I’m not typically the life of the party like a 25-year-old might be, and I understand that. Reality TV is exciting and authentic when it mirrors your lifestyle, but as I grow older, I find myself distancing myself further from weekend partying.
Paige even admitted she can no longer keep up with Summer House‘s younger and new cast members.
The New York native humorously stated, “I can’t handle two consecutive nights of drinking or else I might keel over,” and admitted that he had been anxious about the arrival of this season due to feeling unproductive during the summer as a result of excessive fatigue from work.
However, when fans suggest that Paige might be a great fit for The Real Housewives of New York City, replacing the role of the show’s cat, Paige is hesitant to agree, expressing doubts about her compatibility with the show’s dynamic.
She admitted that the popularity and long-standing nature of the “Housewives” series makes it challenging for her to fit in. While she wouldn’t rule out the possibility entirely, it’s not a goal she’s actively pursuing at this time.
Regarding Paige’s future involvement in the series, there is uncertainty. Similarly, Lindsay Hubbard, a costar on “Summer House” and an O.G., has spoken about speculation that her time on the show may be coming to an end following the birth of her first child, a 4-month-old daughter named Gemma, with partner Turner Kufe.
She shared with TopMob News in February that she would gladly return for the next season. While she won’t reside there permanently as it is more of a social hub, she has been filming extensively in New York City over the past few years. This allows her to continue being part of the show and intertwining her life with it, without having to live in the house full-time.
Additionally, Lindsay proposed, “Regardless if it’s gathering everyone at the beach or recording meals in the city or any other scenario, the program has plenty of room to adapt and grow along with me and my child.
Summer House airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

The producers were hopeful that she would reappear in some form for season 10, and when her show Whiskey Cavalier on ABC was terminated, their wish came true. In the 16th episode of this season, which aired in October 2020, Cohan made a spectacular comeback to the series.

Executive producer John Wells declared that Emmy Rossum will always be considered a cherished member of the Shameless family. Her remarkable portrayal of Fiona, her leadership on set, and her direction of several episodes have significantly contributed to the show’s success. As we craft the finale for season nine, our aim is to create an ending befitting the Gallagher clan that appropriately acknowledges Emmy’s exceptional work as Fiona. Leaving the family ‘house’ is always a bittersweet moment, but the door will always be open for Fiona to revisit or return permanently. I eagerly anticipate exploring more tales of this unpredictable family on Shameless, and we will all miss Emmy and her captivating portrayal of Fiona.

During season five, her character was on maternity leave and didn’t appear in several episodes.
As a die-hard fan, I’d rephrase it like this: After nine seasons of battling the undead alongside my fictional family on The Walking Dead, I, Andrew Lincoln, bid adieu to the grime, gore, and chaos of the zombie apocalypse. At San Diego Comic-Con in July 2018, I expressed my heartfelt gratitude: “This group has been more than a surrogate family to me; they’ve been the best family I could have ever wished for.” However, it’s time for me to return home to my real family, as they say, ‘absence makes the heart grow fonder,’ and I’m eager to spend more quality time with them.
