Pam Anderson’s Unrecognizable Met Gala Transformation!

Pamela Anderson channeled her inner showgirl at the 2025 Met Gala.

Previously known for her role on Baywatch, the actress was almost unnoticeable as she strolled the iconic stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on May 5th. Instead of her long flowing hair, she had adopted a fresh, choppy bob with flipped-out ends and added a fringe of baby bangs to her style.

On fashion’s most prestigious annual event, which was co-hosted by A$AP Rocky, Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, Pharrell Williams, and Vogue editor Anna Wintour – Pamela elegantly chose a long-sleeve Tory Burch dress adorned with sequins and crystals. She accessorized the outfit with a bucket hat, classic Pandora jewelry, and understated makeup. (Check out all the celebrities who graced the Met here.)

Tory Burch expressed to Flau’jae Johnson, during an interview at The Pierre Hotel on TopMob’s CreatorCam (powered by Samsung), that the stunning, expertly tailored gown she was wearing was both beautiful and exhilarating. She added that it was incredibly inspiring to don this piece and she felt deeply honored to wear it.

In harmony with the theme “Superfine: Honoring Black Fashion,” The Last Showgirl’s eldest son, Brandon Thomas Lee (born to ex Tommy Lee), elegantly dressed in a timeless black Genuardi tuxedo, joined the celebration.

Previously, the 57-year-old woman attended the Met Gala for the first time, donning an off-the-shoulder, cream dress by Oscar de la Renta and a striking faux leather headpiece. Beneath the headpiece, her hair was styled in a wavy updo and she sported a natural, radiant makeup look created by makeup artist Pat McGrath, breaking her notable tradition of appearing on the red carpet without makeup.

Initially, Pam expressed a desire to sport makeup once more for the Met Gala. To honor her inherent charm while pushing boundaries, we devised a makeup style that accentuated her natural beauty and added an extra edge.

In my perspective as a lifestyle expert, you might wonder about the shift in appearance of the ex-Playboy model, who chose to go au naturel at Paris Fashion Week in August 2023. This decision reflects her growing preference for a more minimalistic and authentic approach towards beauty and self-presentation.

In her interview with i-D magazine last September, Pamela expressed it like this: “It’s all about accepting myself,” she said. “This is the phase of life I’m currently embracing. Stepping outside feeling true to who I am brings a sense of relief—as if a burden has been lifted from my shoulders.

She also mentioned, “It’s crucial to realize your worth, knowing you’re capable and attractive.” Instead, I prefer using the term ‘living’ over ‘getting older.’ Pursuing youth is essentially pointless.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I invite you to join me in discovering how Pamela and other celebrities showcased their stunning ensembles on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet. Let’s delve into the glamour together!
