View Urgent ForecastIn the initial run of “Paradise,” an unexpected turn of events unfolds at the conclusion of the premiere episode. Here, it’s revealed that the seemingly perfect society we were initially acquainted with is, in fact, nestled underground, hidden away under a series of mountains.
The planet was devastated three years back, supposedly as a result of a massive disaster. Subsequently, it was rebuilt by some of the most brilliant minds and financed by the wealthiest individuals around the world.
However, upon the discovery of the president’s body, it soon becomes evident that the underground city is nothing like paradise, as troubling secrets start to surface and cause further instability.
“It was very fulfilling. I loved it. It was more than just a linear one-dimensional crime drama.”
The show, titled “Agent Xavier Collins,” was developed by Dan Fogelman, a well-recognized writer behind hits like “This Is Us” and “Only Murders in the Building.” Sterling K. Brown, famed for his roles in “This Is Us” and “American Fiction,” takes on the main character in this series.
But what will its sophomore outing bring?
