According to their announcements, Paradox Interactive is set to take over full ownership of Jagged Alliance 3 developer, Haemimont Games. The exact amount they’re paying for this acquisition hasn’t been shared yet, but it’s anticipated to be finalized within a few days.
After the takeover, the existing management and development crew at Haemimont Games will continue their roles within the studio, and the current projects underway by the studio will still be in progress.
