Pathologic 3: Quarantine is Out on March 17th for PC, First Trailer Revealed

On March 17th, Ice-Pick Lodge’s precursor to their upcoming horror game titled “Pathologic 3: Quarantine” will be available on PC. The narrative revolves around Daniil Dankovsky, a character in pursuit of immortality who learns about an individual allegedly possessing such an attribute in a remote town. For a glimpse of the gameplay, watch the most recent trailer below.

The narrative progresses from the perspective of those in authority, observing Daniil’s actions, similar to the game Pathologic 2. As a player, you are tasked with examining and diagnosing patients. Based on your findings, edicts might be handed down, though it’s impossible to save everyone. You may discover a larger truth or fall short and have the chance to time travel to attempt again.

In “Pathologic 3: Quarantine,” you can expect partial glimpses of the game’s mechanics, which will intersect with the beginning scenes and introduce the Capital for the first time in the series. This is a self-contained adventure, so playing the earlier games isn’t necessary to enjoy it.

Regarding “Pathologic 3”, release is scheduled for this year on platforms such as Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Similar to the previous version, gamers will find themselves tasked with taking actions to save a stricken town from a plague. For further insights, feel free to read our interview.
