Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Enjoy NCAA Date Night

Welcome home Patrick Mahomes.

On February 24th, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback was accompanied by his wife, Brittany Mahomes, as he received a hearty welcome from his former university, Texas Tech University. The couple turned the occasion into a romantic evening, enjoying a front-row seat to watch Texas Tech Red Raiders battle against the Houston Cougars at United Supermarkets Arena.

On the lively occasion, the 29-year-old quarterback donned his alma mater’s apparel, enthusiastically rooting from the sidelines. He also moved near the court during crucial plays by the home team. Meanwhile, Brittany, mother of Sterling (4), Bronze (2), and their newest addition, Golden (newborn), sat beside him, equally supportive in her cheers.

After the match, the university expressed their appreciation for Patrick by sharing photos of him having fun during the game on their February 24th Instagram post. Accompanying the picture series, the caption was just “Home Sweet Home.

During the break, Patrick—sporting his fresh post-season hairstyle—joined in the excitement as he cheered on as a student aced a long putt for a reward. Following the triumphant shot, Patrick jumped up and shared the victory dance with the successful student. Regrettably, Texas Tech didn’t manage to secure the win, ending the game 69-61.

Their most recent evening out together occurred several weeks following when the Chiefs were defeated in the Super Bowl by the Philadelphia Eagles, thus denying them the opportunity to win the championship for a third straight time.

Instead, during the off-season, Patrick and Brittany are devoting their time to working closely with their group of young team members.

Absolutely, the couple celebrated Sterling’s 4th birthday over the weekend in a festive manner, complete with a party themed around flamingos.

Brittany posted photos of Sterling modeling a turquoise swimsuit embellished with flamingos, as well as her beautiful birthday cake adorned with flamingos surrounding an infinity pool. To mark her daughter’s special occasion, Brittany wrote a touching message of appreciation.

On February 20th, I proudly declared on Instagram that Sterling Skye is four years old now! This sweetest, kind-hearted little angel I’ve ever known! Every day, I find myself grateful to the universe for allowing me to be her mom. She has taught me invaluable lessons about life and what truly matters, and I am eternally thankful that she made me a mother!

She went on to say, ‘You’re an amazing big sister to both Golden and Bronze, and they’re incredibly fortunate to have your guidance.’ She added, ‘Your parents adore you immensely, and you should continue being exactly who you are!’
