In June, the news broke out that Netflix gave the go-ahead for a film adaptation of Peaky Blinders, and guess who’s coming back to play Tommy Shelby, the gangster, once again? None other than Murphy, an Oscar Award winner.
Recently, fans have had the chance to see Ferguson acting on the big screen in “Dune: Part Two” as Lady Jessica, and on Apple TV+ in “Silo,” which is slated for a second season.
Steven Knight is writing the screenplay, while Tom Harper is slated to direct the film. The plot remains undisclosed, but we know that the story takes place during World War II based on Knight’s previous confirmation.
