“We have the most immersive and customizable MyCAREER experience to date”

What kind of changes can we expect to see from PGA Tour 2K25 when compared to its predecessors?

In the upcoming game, PGA Tour 2K25, we’re thrilled about numerous improvements to the franchise, such as the introduction of innovative EvoSwing mechanics, offering a variety of new shot types, trajectories, ball roll physics, and enhanced visuals. This year, we offer the most engaging and customizable MyCAREER experience yet, along with an array of creation tools that are truly diverse. In addition to this, PGA Tour 2K25 boasts some of the leading male and female golfers and features three major tournaments: PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and The Open. We believe that PGA Tour 2K25 offers an unparalleled golfing experience.

What is some of the more single-player oriented content we can expect from PGA Tour 2K25?

In simple terms, MyCAREER serves as a main hub for solo gaming enthusiasts. Within this mode, players get the chance to live out their PGA TOUR aspirations while striving for greatness. As they progress through their careers, players can engage in competition against top professionals, interact with leading brands to customize their characters, and enjoy long-term career advancement. Notably, MyCAREER now accommodates both sudden death and aggregate playoff formats during gameplay.

The mode presents an opportunity for competitors to demonstrate their skills and potentially claim the title of FedExCup Champion. After all, there’s no stress involved, is there?

Can users create unique courses using the Course Designer and then share those custom creations with other players?

Absolutely, we’re fond of the Course Designer as it introduces an unlimited level of playability. Our team appreciates the collaborative spirit and the opportunity for gamers to submit, share, and experience the custom-made levels generated by the community.

How powerful will the Course Designer be in terms of the tools it gives players?

With the latest updates to Course Designer, you now have a wider range of tools, landscapes, and items to create your ideal golf courses quicker than before. The enhanced terrain system offers superior precision, while new spline tools make creating lakes and rivers easier. Additionally, there’s an entirely new terrain painting and surfacing system for even more realistic designs. Improvements to existing tools also make the design process smoother overall. Lastly, new camera systems enable you to showcase your courses beautifully, sharing them with the global online community to appreciate and enjoy.

“Course Designer is another key feature we love that brings endless replayability”

Will the MyCAREER mode feature a storyline for players to follow?

In MyCAREER, players have the option to begin their career at Q-School, on the Korn Ferry Tour, or by diving straight into the PGA TOUR. The ultimate aim is to rank among the Top 70 and secure a place in the playoffs, where they can fight for the prestigious FedEx Cup.

Here’s a fresh take on the text:

New Training Situations are available now to enhance your MyPLAYER’s abilities prior to tournaments! There are Practice Rounds that let you familiarize yourself with the course before the actual competition begins.

This way, you can practice and feel more confident going into the tournament!

As your proficiency and professional journey advances, you can likewise strengthen your connections with your sponsors by attending events – this could lead to interactions with fellow experts and prominent brands for potential opportunities. I am thrilled about our latest conversation and interview systems that enable you to express your individuality while also partaking in press conferences and interviews. It’s the most engaging and personalized MyCAREER experience available so far within the franchise.

What kind of multiplayer modes can we expect to see in PGA Tour 2K25?

Golf provides an excellent platform for social interaction, and we appreciate the diverse collection of multiplayer options it offers. Whether you prefer Stroke Play, Match Play, or Scramble games, these formats can be enjoyed either competitively with others or cooperatively, both online and offline. These friendly contests add excitement to the game.

Additionally, you can compete for the highest position in daily and weekly ranked competitions within the newly introduced tours, and collect prizes as you advance through the ranks during each season.

Users can enjoy friendly competition with their peers across various devices, free from hardware concerns, as we introduce the concept of interconnected gaming communities that span multiple platforms.

What kind of post-launch support and content is planned for PGA Tour 2K25?

There is a robust post-launch plan for the game.

In simpler terms, gamers can anticipate fresh, complimentary game modes such as courses, quests, and challenges. There will also be an upgrade in Evolution Tiers for Equipment Progression, along with restarted ranked leaderboards. The Clubhouse Pass, a Seasonal content package offering both free and premium benefits, is back again. Each season will bring a new Clubhouse Pass, coordinated with real-life golf events and loaded with rewards. Players can advance at their own speed through each Clubhouse Pass, with the option to continue progressing in previous seasons even when a new one is live. Moreover, Season 2 will provide The Old Course at St. Andrews Links for free to all players.

“The Clubhouse Pass, a Seasonal content program with free and premium rewards, makes its return.”

How will the EvoSwing system affect how a player approaches their swings?

In the updated EvoSwing feature of PGA Tour 2K25, players experience a more authentic golfing sensation due to enhanced swing mechanics. The timing of EvoSwing adjusts according to your input for a personalized rhythm, while the swing path is determined by your chosen swing bias during MyPLAYER setup, making each player’s swing distinct and enhancing customization options for MyPLAYER.

Our aim with EvoSwing is to ensure that both beginners who are just starting out with our series, as well as experienced players, find the game engaging and enjoyable.

Will the game have PS5 Pro support? Can you please reveal the details?

In Performance Mode, the PS5 Pro boosts its resolution and visual details such as object and grass texture. Compared to PS5’s Performance Mode, it offers more enhanced object details and improved grass quality. On the other hand, when it comes to Quality Mode, the PS5 Pro delivers even greater detail in objects and shadows compared to the PS5’s Quality Mode.

We have no additional support or plans for the PS5 Pro at this time.

What resolution and frame rate does the game run on PS5, Xbox Series X and S?

For the PGA Tyyr 2K25, the frame rate is set at 30 frames per second in Quality mode and 60 frames per second in Performance mode. In Quality mode, the resolution on PS5 and Xbox Series X is 4K, while it’s 1440p on Xbox Series S. The resolution may slightly vary based on the scene for all consoles.

As a gamer, I’d put it this way: The performance mode resolution on the PS5 Pro cranks it up to around 1800p. On the standard PS5 and Xbox Series X, you’re looking at something between 1440p to 1620p. And if you’re gaming on the Xbox Series S, expect a resolution of about 900p, but keep in mind that these numbers can slightly fluctuate depending on the specific scene.
