Regarding their bond formed through movies, he elaborated: “In fact, we shared a panel with Robbie Williams and Pharrell, who are both named Williams, at the Telluride Film Festival.
They had never crossed paths before, yet their encounter was captivating due to their stark contrasts. Robbie embodies a performer, while Pharrell is the creator off-stage, finding it awkward amidst the limelight.
“But they also had been through the same machinery of the music industry and totally bonded over that. It was actually fascinating to see.”
