Sony Interactive Entertainment has launched the PlayStation Beta Program, a new scheme designed to make it simpler and more organized for players to express their desire to participate in upcoming PlayStation beta tests spanning multiple types of gaming experiences.
The Beta Program is setting up a single registration point where you can sign up for different future PlayStation betas. This includes early access to test games for PlayStation 5 and PC, new features on the PlayStation 5 console, PlayStation App, and improvements in user experience on the PlayStation website. By signing up once, you’re indicating your interest in participating in these various beta tests.
The requirements are as follows:
- Players must have a valid account for PlayStation Network in good standing with a current email address. Accounts with restrictions or violations may not be eligible for participation.
- Players must live in the region where Beta Program at PlayStation is available.
- Players must meet the legal age requirement for their region.
Starting from today, registration is opening worldwide on PlayStation.com. It’s important to mention that signing up for the program increases your chances of being selected for a beta test, but it doesn’t automatically mean you will definitely be chosen for one.
