Although whispers suggest that Sony might skip the 2025 summer window and opt for a later presentation, an industry insider has disputed this claim, hinting at a potential PlayStation event in June instead.

Journalist Jeff Grubb from Giant Bomb has shared on social media that he’s heard rumors about a PlayStation event happening in June. He clarified that the only confirmed detail is the month itself, with no specific dates revealed yet. As for the type of event, he hinted it might be a State of Play, but he isn’t certain if it will be a larger Showcase instead.
