It appears that these older sets are being given preference over newer releases in their manufacturing process. Furthermore, The Pokemon Company has also been adopting new strategies to combat resellers.
It’s uncertain what penalties may be faced by retailers found selling Pokemon merchandise ahead of schedule at this point. However, it appears that only one store has been reported so far, but more instances might surface as we approach the product launch. I hope The Pokemon Company can take measures to prevent such early sales from becoming widespread, ensuring that products become available on their intended release date and maintaining fairness for all parties involved.
Just as suggested by their titles, Black Bolt and White Flare are inspired by the video games Pokemon Black and White, initially launched for Nintendo DS.
